Refund Policy
Dispatch of Goods
Generally, goods will be processed and delivered within 2 days of the order being received. Changes to this will depend on the product ordered and whether the item is in stock. We will generally contact you to discuss delivery times. Method of delivery will be dependent on the type of product ordered.
Product issues
If you think there is a fault or an issue with an item you have received, please contact us immediately for a replacement product or a refund.
Cancellation of Orders / Refunds
Orders may only be cancelled if goods have not already been dispatched from Ballarat Landscape Supplies. If goods have been delivered, no immediate online refund can be processed. If goods are returned to us in original condition within 7 days, a refund (less delivery and supplier or Ballarat Landscape Supplies handling fee if applicable) will be performed.
Refunds are processed via the same method as original payment (ie payments made by credit card will be refunded via credit card). Refunds do not apply to Garden Supplies products sold by the metre (ie sands, soils, decorative stones etc) and delivered. For refund requests relating to these products please contact the office on (03) 5336 1431 or email office@ballaratlandscapesupplies.com.au to discuss. No refunds will be given without a receipt.
